Clarets Fans Are Winners

Thursday 24th January

Two lucky Burnley fans met their heroes after winning signed shirts in competitions run by business support initiative No Limits.

Life long Clarets fan Freda Dennison of Walton Lane, Nelson, and young supporter Brandon Waring from Langdale Road, Padiham, won shirts signed by striking duo Andy Gray and Ade Akinbiyi who presented the prizes to the delighted winners pitch side at Turf Moor.

The club is a partner with Burnley Borough Council in the No Limits programme, which has secured an initial £30m to regenerate the Pennine Lancashire economy through supporting new and growing businesses, creating up to 14,000 jobs and 4,000 companies over the next decade.

Other partners in No Limits include Lancashire County Council, the local authorities of Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn and Pendle as well as Accrington Stanley and Blackburn Rovers.
