No Limits to Burnley business woman’s potential
Wednesday 7th May
A Burnley business woman has branched out and set up a new company thanks to support from No Limits Finance for Growth.
Emma Withnell and father Freddie have been in partnership for almost fifteen years manufacturing and supplying golf course equipment.
Ambitious Emma, motivated by the success of the golf business FMW Distinct, decided to set up another company to run alongside.
The Work Wear Warehouse is designed to be a one stop shop for trade and consumers looking for stylish, practical work clothes and equipment.
The state of the art shop and warehouse also offers a bespoke graphic design and printing service allowing customers to personalise uniforms and clothing.
Emma said: "I was looking for a new challenge, something that would complement the existing business and attract a new customer base."
Emma received a grant from No Limits Finance for Growth to allow her to refurbish the building into a state-of-the-art new warehouse.
The Mayor of Burnley, recently opened the premises. He said: "The Work Wear Warehouse looks wonderful, I think the business has great potential and will draw custom from not just Pennine Lancashire but further a field."
In addition, Emma received ongoing business support from Burnley Enterprise Trust who gave support and guidance and referred her onto the No Limits programme.
Emma added: "The shop looks better than I ever imagined which wouldn't have been possible without the financial support I received from No Limits Finance for Growth."
