No Limits to fans ambitions

Wednesday 21st November

The referee's red card may have been redundant on the pitch at Accrington Stanley at the weekend, but there were plenty on show on the sidelines.

No Limits sponsored Saturday's game against Rotherham United to make Stanley fans consider the benefits of working for themselves. The red card campaign was seen as an innovative way of driving the message home.

The team showed their support for the initiative by donning No Limits branded T-shirts during their pre-match warm-up, and club mascot Fraser the Eagle was seen giving one of the players the red card.

Steven Cochrane, a No Limits representative on the day, said: "The main aim of No Limits is to help people start or grow a business in Pennine Lancashire, and it is vital that we engage with as many residents as possible to ensure that everyone has a fair chance.

"Football is a passion of many people in the region and we view the local clubs as fantastic partners and great platforms for spreading the No Limits word."

Fans were also given the chance to win two VIP tickets to a home game of their choice, by entering the competition on the No Limits website
