TAGI Ltd, short for "That's a Good Idea", designs and manufactures bespoke retail and marketing display systems and, as a result of comprehensive support from No-Limits, is ready to expand internationally.

The No Limits Eureka project offers specialist support for people and businesses that want to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity and technology. It aims to tap into private sector expertise in areas such as ICT, design and prototyping and e-business to help bring new products onto the market.

Bill Turner, TAGI's managing director, turned to Eureka for assistance and advice with his plans to introduce a new range of extruded aluminium display frame sections, bringing new "push-to-fit" assembly capabilities to his portfolio of display products which will allow a wider market for his products.

To support this, No Limits Eureka advised on and supported a re-launch of his website to incorporate online trading. A second, linked, phase of the project, which will upgrade back office software facilities, is due to start soon.

Bill also sought help to fund the high cost of attending his industry's biggest exhibition, Euroshop, in Germany earlier this year, essential to gain a wide international audience quickly for his new products.

To assist with this, Bill's Eureka business adviser brought No Limits partner Finance for Growth into play, who helped Bill access a grant to cover a substantial portion of the cost.

In total, TAGI has received around £17,000 from the No Limits scheme, helping to unlock the potential in this very innovative company.

Bill said: "The funding I received really helped me to get things moving at a much faster speed and, as a result, I have had enquiries from Holland, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Spain to name but a few."

The company has an enviable client list, which includes household names such as Specsavers, the Dixons group, Royal Mail and HSBC. They are also active in American, Australian and French markets.

Hugh Roberts from No Limits Eureka said: "It is fantastic to see that the specialist support and funding has brought such huge rewards and, with Bill's continued determination and drive, I am sure that the next phase of support will help with a very successful move into international markets."

The next step is to convert all the leads and continue to attract new customers and Bill has already contacted the Eureka No Limits scheme for further support and advice.

Bill added: "I plan to continue working with No Limits Eureka, they have specialist understanding and expertise which is vital in assisting me grow my business."
