Eureka is the innovation & technology support strand of No Limits. Eligible businesses, start ups and individuals will be supported to develop and be more competitive through the effective exploitation of technology and innovation.
The Digital Development Unit at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, is the lead delivery body for Eureka, but works closely with a wide range of partners across Pennine Lancashire to ensure that an integrated and comprehensive support service is available.
If you’ve an idea for a business, or simply want to increase your company’s efficiency, we can help. Our experienced team provide whatever level of support you need, from quick advice over the phone to more substantial, hands-on assistance.
