Finance for Growth
Finance for Growth awards grants to develop or upgrade your business’s property and equipment.
If you have an established business you may be eligible to receive the funding, which you can use for a variety of growth projects - such as improving or building new premises, or investing in up-to-date technology or machinery.
The funding is available to established businesses of any size in Pennine Lancashire (covering certain areas of Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, Burnley and Pendle).
To be eligible, you must propose improvements to your business that are lasting and measureable. The application process includes presenting: two itemised quotations for items / expenditure for each element of the project you’re proposing; a copy of your past two years’ accounts; a two-year cash flow forecast and a copy of your business plan.
Finance for Growth can help you fund:
- Technology or environmental projects
- Equipment / machinery
- Exhibition NOT ELIGIBLE from 1st April 2010/ export projects
- Property improvements
- Construction of new properties or extensions of existing ones
- Consultancy NOT ELIGIBLE from 1st April 2010
